Board Chair​
Tammy Balogh is the Chief People Office at Flexco and serves as Vice Chairman and member of the Executive and Finance Committees. The Vice Chairman helps with difficult decisions between meetings and is kept informed of current issues and information regarding the Association. She is an active member of the VIA and attends many programs, including Manufacturing Executive Forums and our Signature Events, Spark Awards, Annual Meeting, and Economic Forecast.

As a proud second-generation family business leader, Nirel focuses on CGM’s management, operations, and customer and team satisfaction. She respects and appreciates different leadership styles, and servant leadership is what resonates with and inspires her. Being a good corporate citizen through service projects and committing time to support local business and educational councils is one way Nirel enjoys giving back to our team and community. She loves learning and helping people and is excited to find more ways to do this in support of the VIA.
