Tools for Best Practices : VIA provides complimentary tools including telephone Hotline support (HR, Safety & Environmental Hotlines), Survey Data and the VIA Benchmarking for Excellence Survey Tool .
Member-Focused Education: Annually members are asked for input regarding their current needs in training and education. Based off of those results, VIA creates programming to meet our members' needs. All employees of your company receive the benefit of member pricing when attending any of our events. Many of our programs are complimentary for members: Member Breakfasts, Plant Tours, Excellence Forums on various topics (Safety, Workforce Development, Innovation, Operational Excellence, Culture and Social Responsibility), Executive Forums for Industrial C-Suite Executives, CFO Co-hort and Financial Leaders Group. Throughout the year the VIA offers three different Leadership Training Series to help develop your team.There are specialized peer group meetings for members of your Human Resources, Sales and Marketing teams. Connections for Growth: Whether it's growing your employee count, your sales, or your relationships in the community - we have a lot of opportunities and connections. As a member, the VIA provides aJob Board - FREE for Members and discounted price to "Feature" your listings. We have dozens of forums, events and opportunities for networking with other VIA Members. You also receive a complimentary listing in our printed Membership Directory the SOURCE and in our online directory. If you are looking for ways to promote your company we have many sponsorship opportunities. And our favorite new way that we help our Members connect is through GCAMP - our new partner that works with the local high schools and community groups to create awareness of our great industry.
