How do I start benchmarking?

1. Log into  the survey tool at VIASpark.org and login.
2.  Review Categories and select to begin self assessment.
3. Click Save and you can return to your survey at anytime.
4. When all categories are completed.  Click SUBMIT

Login Information
If you have been around a while with the VIA your username is probably your first initial and last name. Try it, and then hit “forgot my password” to reset in the new system. If you are new – just go ahead and register in the system.  When in doubt, or at the first sign of trouble – send a note to the VIA.
LEASE NOTE:  There is a charge to access the survey.  If you are still having issues please call the VIA office  630-892-4228, for assistance, or we can schedule an onsite visit to your office and work one on one with you.
