How do I start benchmarking?

1. Log into the survey tool at VIASpark.org and login.  PLEASE NOTE:  There may be a charge to access the survey. 
2. Review Categories and select to begin self assessment.
3. Click Save and you can return to your survey at anytime.
4. When all categories are completed, click SUBMIT.  Survey will close on November 17th - end of day! 

Login Information
The VIASpark.org login is not the same as the VIA website. They are different sites.  Your user name should be your email address. If you are new – just go ahead and create a new username in the system. For any issues, please contact the VIA.

If you are still having issues, please call the VIA office at 630-892-4228 for assistance. We can also schedule an on-site visit to your office and work one-on-one with you.
