How do I start benchmarking?

1. Log into  the survey tool at VIASpark.org and login.
2.  Review Categories and select to begin self assessment.
3. Click Save and you can return to your survey at anytime.
4. When all categories are completed.  Click SUBMIT

Login Information
Your username is probably your first initial and last name.  You will be asked to reset your VIASpark.org password.

If you are new – just go ahead and create a new username  in the system.  Any issues please contact the VIA.

PLEASE NOTE:  There is a charge to access the survey. 

 If you are still having issues please call the VIA office  630-892-4228, for assistance, or we can schedule an onsite visit to your office and work one on one with you.
