Human Resource professionals are the glue that holds together the operation where resources (labor, skilled individual contributors and management) converge to make up an organization. Keeping that together requires good job leveling based on competencies and salary leveling that matches the market in order to attract and retain talent.
In this 90 minute workshop, participants will define the challenge of developing compensation strategies through an interactive exercise.
Break-out groups will discuss specific solutions to the challenges and how solution-driving compensation strategies can address issues for
1) labor, 2) key individual contributors and 3) sales and 4) management/supervisory roles.
Non-traditional strategies will also be explored.
