Feedback and Communication
We all know that communication is important for employee engagement and improved productivity, but how do we actually make that happen? In this upcoming program, we will identify and discuss best practices for improving organizational processes to encourage employee feedback and communication.
Using a working session format, we will not only explore techniques but also brainstorm implementation strategies so that you will have actionable steps to take back to your workplace.
The facilitator is Susan Hagerty, from LMI-Chicago.
